My merchandise available for sale is mostly vintage. That means it has been previously owned and may have some signs of normal wear and tear. I will never sell an item that is damaged or unusable. If the buyer is not satisfied with a purchase I will do everything possible to make you as the customer happy.
MAKE AN OFFER
My prices are not set in stone. I am happy to listen to any reasonable offer but you would need to contact me through either email listed below before making the purchase. I am also willing to combine shipping costs. The total amount would depend on the weight of the package. Again, please contact me about the items you are interested in prior to making the purchase.
RETURNS
I am happy to accept returns for any item that is misrepresented. Please notify me through [email protected] or [email protected] within 14 days receipt of the item with a picture and note as to why you are not satisfied. I will refund your purchase price plus original shipping costs. In most cases the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
SHIPPING
My usual turn around time for shipping is 1-3 days. Shipping will be provided by USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail for domestic US purchases. In cases of an unusually heavy package UPS may be used. Tracking information will be provided. You will have the option of whether or not to insure the package. Worldwide shipping is available. Jewelry is easy to ship and the prices are listed below. Heavier items will have to be quoted on a case by case basis. I am willing to combine shipping costs but please contact me prior to checkout.
Jewelry shipping costs will be $2.25 USD for the first item and $1 per item for additional items with USPS 1st Class . Priority shipping in a small flat rate box will be $7.00 USD. I am happy to ship jewelry internationally through USPS 1st Class International for $7 USD for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. One pair of shoes or one tea cup ships for $6.95. Multiple orders will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Other items in the store such as porcelain, decorative, children's books and women's shoes will charged by actual weight of package plus $1.50 for packing supplies and handling. Please contact me at the email listed above for an actual shipping quote.

1. Q: Where do you find your items for sale? A: I hunt for new items through eBay, thrift stores, estate sales, online auctions and garage sales.
2. Q: Will you combine shipping? A: Yes I am happy to combine shipping but in most cases you have to contact me so I can send you a combined invoice. Please do that before you check out because it is much easier than having to cancel and resubmit an order or issuing a refund for shipping.
3. Q: What form of payment do you accept? A: Through Weebly I accept most credit cards. I also accept Paypal. A check or money order is possible but you have to wait for the check to clear before I can ship.
4. Q: Do you insure the shipments? A: I will provide insurance at the customer's request. There is a small fee depending on the value of the shipment.
5. Q: What happens in the item is lost or arrives damaged? A: If the package is undamaged and the item is defective I will be happy to provide a refund for the purchase including shipping. I do require the customer to either send a picture of the damaged item and package or return the item. If the shipping service has damaged the package and item I can't be personally responsible since I have no control over that. I do provide tracking information. If you have purchased insurance I will help you to recover your money through USPS.
